Soles of the feet are particularly porous, so lavender reaches your bloodstream very quickly, exerting its stimulating and soothing effects. HOW TO USE:
Massage your feet for 15-30 min with the oil or use it as a foot rub once or twice daily, or as required. Shake well before use. Discontinue use in case of known allergy or irritation.
